Tap your phone on an NFC enabled "for sale" sign to save the property to your phone. Instantly see if that home is a good match for you or not. Scoring occurs automatically immediately after the NFC scan, once you have rated a few properties through the app. Rate a property by simply selecting a property spec (example: 2050 sq. ft). Simply give that spec a "thumbs up" or "thumbs down". The rating for the property will update in real time.
